The Factory
Zhejiang Jiayan Daily Commodity Co., Ltd. operates a modern standard factory of about 15,000 square metres in Shangxi, Yiwu, with more than 400 front-line employees. The plant is fully sealed, air-conditioned and cleaned, and includes a 100,000-class clean workshop with ultraviolet disinfection for hygiene production. Inside it, four product categories are produced: drinking straws, wet wipes, disposable face towels and spunlace nonwoven fabric.

How the Range Fits Together
The company's structure combines two operations in one plant: a nonwoven operation and finished-product lines. Spunlace nonwoven production sits in the same plant as the wet wipe and face towel lines. The straw operation is the other pillar — more than sixty automatic lines covering paper, PLA and specialty formats — so wipes, towels, fabric and straws are all produced in the one plant and exported through Ningbo.
Product development is supported by a research collaboration with Shanghai University, documented in the company's own materials, and by an in-house R&D team. The company attends the Canton Fair, the Yiwu Sourcing Fair and Hong Kong fair, and exports to buyers across North America, South America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, East Asia and Western Europe.
